Always use an adjustable-speed angle polisher operated at a low speed. The maximum rated speed for this product is 9,000, 7,000 or 6,000 rpm (depending on diameter).

Material suitability:

Structure and production:
RHODIUS felt polishing flap discs are made from high-quality wool felt. A choice of two hardness grades is offered: H25 (soft) for high-gloss polishing and H40 (hard) for pre-polishing. The slotted flaps used on this felt polishing flap disc ensure that the polisher adapts optimally to the workpiece surface.

Applications:
With a felt polishing flap disc, you can achieve surface treatment up to a mirror finish. RHODIUS felt polishing flap discs are suitable for both pre-polishing and high-gloss polishing – use the correct polishing pastes for each type of application. Important: always use a new felt polishing flap disc for each paste.

Dimensions:
This felt polishing flap disc is available in the diameters of 40 mm, 60 mm and 80 mm, and with flap thicknesses of 2 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm. The user can also choose a felt hardness grade of H25 or H40.
