› Store wooden handled tools in an environment that is neither too warm or too damp. Wood is a natural product that loses moisture and shrinks or expands and damages the fibres. Both processes endanger the safe seating of the handle.
› Use only the suitable PICARD or RUTHE replacement handles and wedges.
